MI VECINA DEL 5º {MY 5TH FLOOR NEIGHBOUR}

Tengo mucha suerte, ¡es oficial!.
Tengo una vecina en el 5º piso de mi casa que me cuida

I´m very lucky, it´s official!.

Mi vecina le contrataba a mi hijo para que le regara las plantas cuando ellos se iban de viaje. Ahora el está en la Universidad, y ya no tiene tiempo para hacerlo.
She used to hire my son to water her houseplants while they were away. Now, he goes to College, he can´t do it anymore.

Mi vecina sigue este blog y me lee. Pero esto no es todo, ¡mi vecina me cocina!.

Ella me hizo las natillas cuando yo le llevé la tarta hecha con el té matcha, con el té que me regaló después de uno de sus viajes.

Y cuando se va de viaje, me trae regalitos. El último cuelga de la puerta de mi cocina.

También me regaló semillas de sésamo con wasabi que uso casi todos los días.
She also brought me sesame seeds with wasabi that I´ve been using since then.

Pero ¡con esta última se ha superado a si misma!

Cuando llegué a casa el otro día, después de pasar dos días en casa de mi madre, me encontré esto.

Debo confesar que inicialmente había 4 tartars, pero que antes de sacar la foto no pude resistir y me comí uno, tal cual.

RECETA SEGÚN MI VECINA
TARTAR DE LO QUE QUIERAS atun, bonito, salmon, vieras, langostinos etcetc....yo siempre lo congelo durante 48 horas, para evitar el anisakis, luego lo descongelo en el frigo y despues de partirlo en daditos lo marino con soja y aceite de oliva durante unas horas, por cada 100gr de pescado, aprox. un tomate txiki o medio normal, un trozo de pimiento verde y un trozo de cebolleta, jijiji ya ves lo precisa que soy en las cantidades, siempre voy a ojimetro, continuo, jenjibre del que tengas , natural, en vinagre o en polvo, wasabi y aguacate, corto todo menudito, menos el aguacate que lo fileteo , para ponerlo en la base del molde. Mezclo todos los ingredientes, corrijo la soja y el aceite termino de rellenar el molde y al frigo, cuando voy a emplatar pongo por encima o sesamos o algas y alguna ramita de cebollino, desenmoldo y ñamñam.

THE RECIPE ACCORDING TO MY NEIGHBOUR
ANY TARTAR YOU LIKE, tuna, bonito, salmon, scallops, shrimps etcetc.....I always freeze the fish for 48 hours to avoid any possible anisakis and then defrost it in the fridge. Then I chop it and marinate it with soya sauce, olive oil for some hours. For each 100g of fish, I aprox. add 1 small tomato, a piece of green pepper, I always do this at a guess. Okay, we will add some ginger of any kind, dry, powder, fresh, wasabi, avocado, I simply chop everything very very small except the avocado that I cut in slices to set it at the base. I mix all the ingredients, I check the soya and olive and I add more if neccesary and when the small mold rings are all set, I put them in the fridge. The moment I put them on the plate, I add sesame seeds on top. There you go!....yummy!.

Me va a matar cuando vea que no he rectificado la receta, pero me ha gustado como me la ha mandado y así la voy a dejar.
